Politique d’expédition
Our integrated aerial corridor eliminates the 12-day maritime delay, delivering premium inventory within 72 hours. We manage all customs compliance and cold-chain monitoring from our Miami-based operational headquarters.
1. Origin and Sourcing (FAO Zone 31)
All our products are sourced directly from FAO Fishing Area 31, encompassing the pristine waters of the Venezuelan Caribbean Sea. By shipping from the source and managing logistics through our hub in Miami, we ensure a streamlined cold chain that minimizes transit time and maximizes freshness.
2. THE 72-HOUR AERIAL CORRIDOR
PescaMar.US guarantees a 72-hour transit window from our regional extraction hubs to the final destination airport within the Caribbean network (FWI/Dutch Caribbean). This velocity is designed to maximize retail shelf-life and ensure the absolute freshness of the Grader’s Reserve inventory.
3. COLD-CHAIN INTEGRITY & COMPLIANCE
All shipments are executed under strict HACCP and FDA protocols.
-
Temperature Control: Products are maintained at optimal thermal levels throughout the flight manifest.
-
Audit Trail: Every shipment includes a digital tracking log of thermal stability from origin to the Barbados Strategic Node and final delivery.
4. TERMS OF DELIVERY (INCOTERMS)
Unless otherwise negotiated via a Master Supply Agreement, all institutional orders are processed under CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) or CPT (Carriage Paid To) at the designated international airport.
-
Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon the arrival of the aircraft and the presentation of the airway bill (AWB) at the destination terminal.
5. DOCUMENTATION & CUSTOMS
PescaMar manages all sanitary permits and export manifests from the point of origin. The buyer is responsible for:
-
Local customs clearance and import duties within their respective jurisdiction.
-
Immediate pickup upon arrival to prevent cold-chain "breakage" at the tarmac.
6. CLAIMS & INSPECTION
Due to the perishable nature of the inventory, any discrepancy in weight, grade, or temperature must be reported within six (6) hours of arrival. Reports must include photographic evidence and a formal "Notice of Deviation."
